By downloading, installing, or using the Virago Farms application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Virago Farms ("Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have guardian consent), have read and understood these terms, and agree to be bound by them.
2. Service Description
Virago Farms provides a platform for ordering fresh dairy products (milk, paneer, curd, etc.) with subscription-based and one-time delivery options to your registered address in serviceable areas.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- One account per phone number is permitted.
4. Orders and Subscriptions
- Orders placed before the cutoff time (as specified in the app) will be delivered the next morning.
- Subscriptions renew automatically per your chosen schedule (daily/weekly/monthly).
- You may pause or cancel subscriptions through the app with at least 24 hours notice before the next delivery.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if the delivery address is outside our service area.
- Product availability may vary; we will notify you of any substitutions.
5. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Prices may change with prior notice through the app.
- Wallet payments are processed by deducting from your pre-loaded wallet balance.
- Online payments are processed through Razorpay, subject to their terms.
- Cash on delivery is available in select areas.
6. Delivery Policy
- Delivery is attempted between 5 AM and 9 AM on the scheduled delivery date.
- We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.).
- If you are unavailable, the product may be left at your door at the delivery person's discretion.
- Delivery is available only in serviceable PIN codes as listed in the app.
7. Product Quality
We guarantee that all products are fresh at the time of delivery. If you receive a product that appears spoiled or damaged, you must report it within 2 hours of delivery via the app. We will investigate and provide a replacement or credit at our discretion.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or credits
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Attempt to reverse engineer the application
- Provide false information to obtain deliveries
9. Limitation of Liability
Virago Farms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
